Synopsis:
Based on actual events, this is a courtroom drama of an allegedly innocent man convicted of rape and murder. As his attorneys and parents wage a fierce battle to appeal the verdict and obtain a new trial, he contemplates paying the price for a crime he did not commit. Ben plays the real-life husband whose wife and children were murdered.
In an ironic real-life twist, although the accused man was found not guilty in the appeal case, subsequent evidence was found to allow a third trial in which the man was convicted of the rape and murders.
